I recently had a recall from Polaris on my pro xp4. As part of that recall Polaris had offered me $750 in free merchandise. I went into the dealership (Bairs) a little bit hesitant, because I know that they are busy. And since this was something I wasnt paying for I would be at the back of the line. I went to the parts counter and was greeted by a very friendly employee. His name was Joe. He immediately made me feel at ease and said that it wouldnt be a problem and he would just need to make a quick call to verify it. He was true to his word and it didnt take him long to verify. He then took the time to help me and answer all of my questions (since I wasnt sure what to spend it on). I believe that in this day and age, customer service is mostly gone. Everything is automated everywhere, and its even hard to talk to a real person when you have questions or need help. This was a breath of fresh air that made my experience with Polaris and Bairs actually enjoyable. Today, it is hard to find employees, especially great ones. In my opinion Joe is an exceptional employee that represents Polaris and Bairs in an A+ capacity. Because of Joe I will continue to purchase from Polaris and Bairs. Hats off to Joe. Keep up the good work!!!

I bought my bike and jet ski from a place in Niles that I will not name. They lied about everything, my trade in, the prices everything. Then they took over 14 trips back and forth to get the fishfinder to work properly. Now this season they told me that I would have to leave my bike at the dealer fir four to six weeks! Just to install a new airbox and passenger foot pegs!

Your service guy was super nice & got me in the next day! They did all the work and a couple extra things I added and it only took them a couple hours!

I can't say enough good about the service Dept.!

There's a lot to say here about my experience with Bair's and the overall sales process. I purchased a 2021 Indian Scout Bobber Sixty ABS (Thunder Black Smoke) from salesman Joe Crum this past Saturday. The day prior, Joe was working ALL afternoon to locate the motorcycle, run the numbers, assist with the finance process, and getting all the details squared away over the phone so that when I came into the dealership to finalize everything the next morning, I could just enjoy the experience. Joe could tell I knew what I wanted and just made it happen with no issues. When I came into the dealership for final paperwork, the Bair's atmosphere was amazing. The showroom AND parts areas were immaculate. The sales and parts counter folks were all in line of sight and ready to help anyone that walked in the door. Joe greeted me and helped with the sales end and then introduced me to Ryan who gave a deep technical overview of the bike and really knew his stuff. At no point did I feel pressured at Bair's or overwhelmed (other than being excited for the purchase obviously). I even grabbed some Indian brand gear because I didn't know how great the quality of the apparel was until I saw it in person and I was shocked. Randy at the parts counter rung me out for my merchandise and even that was a great experience. My bike was delivered 4 days later and even the delivery driver was pumped to unload the bike and chat with me for a bit. Everyone involved made me feel like family. They all showed a genuine shared interest in providing great service and making sure I was well taken care of there. Brad (President) and Clay (VP) should be extremely proud of this company and the staff they've selected to run their operations, they all seem to be staying true to the family-atmosphere and roots/history of this company. You rarely get service and experiences like this anymore, so I had to make sure I shared my own experience in a review. I'll be sure to provide another review when I come back for service trips in the future so that I'm fully transparent and honest on that end too. Great job guys and I'll definitely be back to purchase future ATVs and motorcycles... and without a doubt I'll be sharing my experience with friends and family, so they know to pay you guys a visit too. -Chris

My husband had spoke to Rob concerning new purchase and trade in of our Ranger Side by Side, the estimate over the phone was very reasonable. When we arrived at the dealership rob was out due to an emergency so we spoke to Mike, The estimate we received over the phone and the one we received in the building were very close. Mike showed us a few different side by sides. We decided on a 2020 General 1000, Process to get the side by side was quick and easy. We can't say enough about the Rob and Mike. When we decide to ever buy a new side by side we will definitely will return to Bair's.

My wife and I just purchased a 2019 Indian Roadmaster. Our son just purchased a 2018 Springfield Darkhorse. Both of us worked with Mike Harris as our salesmen. It only took a week before Joyce had to have her new Scout 60 in flat white. Again, Clay and his team went out of their way to make this an enjoyable experience. Bair's always treats me well. They are always courteous and professional. They are very accurate in estimating the time that it will take for service. Most importantly, their mechanics seem to be skilled and well trained. I have never had a post-visit issue. I feel very lucky to have Bair's near to my home. I think that Bair's provides a good model of what an Indian dealership should be.

February 8th, 2017 I bought my Victory Gunner through Bair's last fall. Never have I felt so welcome in buying a bike as from these guys. The showroom and employees just have a good attitude about them. It is as clear as the day is long that the workers genuinely care about their customers and community that they have made throughout the years.

I had a great experience dealing with Rob Densmore when buying a used Polaris ATV. He made the deal friendly and I felt I was a person. Rob worked with me to get to where I wanted to be. The machine was gone over to make sure it was ready for me when I picked it up. Rob did something I never had a salesmen do, he called me to make sure everything was good and I was happy with my choice. In my opinion he went above any salesperson I have ever dealt with. I will surely keep him and Bair`s in mind when looking for machines in the future and also I tell everyone that asked where I got it and recommend Bair`s and Rob to them. I purchased my 2010 Victory Cross Country not quite a month ago, it's a great bike. I can say that the experience was exceptional. I never thought that, I would purchase a bike without physically seeing it but Clay made me feel very comfortable about purchasing without physically seeing the bike. I am 60 years old and have ridden Harley-Davidson motorcycles since I was 18 years old. I just purchased my first Victory motorcycle and I feel that the engineering on this motorcycle is superior to Harley or any other brand motorcycle I have ever ridden. I've been looking for a Polaris 4 wheeler online, and in the paper, and asking friends. I was trying to deal with just the cash I had. I started calling dealers trying to find a Polaris 4 wheeler. I talked to Clay Cheyney and told him what I was looking for and the price I could afford. Clay said he would and call me back, AND he did, with a GOOD deal. He and the other sales and service people were vary nice and helpful to answer all my question on my Polaris 4 wheeler, and Clay even took the time to deliver it to my home. I'm very, very glad that I went to Bairs.

I purchased a 2008 Vision Premium demo a couple of months ago. I found it advertised on the internet. Drove the 3.5 hours from Ontario to look at it and buy it. It was pretty much what was advertised at a fair price. I had several more options added before I returned to pick it up. These guys were easy to deal with, treated us with respect and everyone was friendly. I would not hesitate to buy from them again just for the good experience. I purchased a used 2007 Kingpin in Nov '09. Clay was the best sales person I have ever had in any motorcycle purchase; offering a test drive, replacing the battery, and handle bars before I made my purchase, wow! I highly recommend Bair's, and I am sure they will be my first choice for my next motorcycle.

I had a solenoid go bad on my 2003 Classic Cruiser. Tom Yarger sent me the part I needed and talked me through the part replacement. This saved me hauling my bike 200 miles each way and a service charge. This is going way beyond curtesy to a customer. I was able to ride my bike immediately rather than wait a couple weeks for the bike to go up to Bairs and then back to me. Tom Yarger is my hero!!!!!

I purchased a 2008 Kingpin Trike. I have never in my life been treated like this when I bought a car, truck or motorcycle . They have to one of the best dealers around. I have purchased a 2003 Classic Cruiser and a couple of 4-wheelers from Bair's, Inc. I can be pretty hard on a motorcycle (and a mechanic) and the Victory has held up very well. I must be one of the lucky ones, I moved here 10 years ago and needed to have my Polaris ATV serviced, so the best option was Bair's. Wow, is the only word to use. I am in the service industry and I must say they lead by example. The professionalism by all of the staff was 5 star, from the first phone call about my service needs to loading it on my trailer when it was complete. Well, as luck would have it years later I was in need of MAJOR repairs due to my mistake of running into a stump. They spent the time working with my insurance agent to resolve any questions and protected my interests. From one good experience to another I have purchased a New '08 800 Sportsman from them and have been singing the praises of Bair's to all who would listen. I have recently delivered a friends Victory (from over 500 miles away) to the service department. When I was asked if there was anyone I knew of to recommend for service Tom and his staff in the Victory garage were the only ones I would trust my friends bike to. And what a job they did, the bike is actually better than it was when it was new. Look, if you want to the best qualified, honest, and available (for questions) service staff look no further. This is who I use and recommend to my friends.

Bair's showed me a custom bike they had ordered, but I was sold on the customer service. They were very thorough and professional and answered all the questions I had. I had financed on my own and they worked the deal well. they serviced it and I also had them do some work to it and add some new pipes. Tom is a great asset to your company and to your customers. You should be proud of Mr. Yarger and the Service Department. It is not often that you get good service and are treated with respect these days. It seems that many in the service industry have lost site of the customer and their value to a company being successful, and your company still has old fashioned values in tact. We just recently purchased a 2007 Victory Vegas Jackpot from your dealership. We wanted to let you know that we really appreciated the way we were treated and how comfortable you made us feel while in your showroom. We also appreciate the time Will took to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions about this bike. His knowledge of this particular bike was a big factor in the decision to buy it. It made the transition from our Yamaha V-Star 650 to the Victory Vegas Jackpot very smooth. We had visited the other Victory dealer prior to coming to Bair's. We were made to feel like we weren't an actual customer and no one really took any time to explain any of the models to us, so we were unsure of what we were buying, and therefore they lost the sale. When we came to Bair's, Inc, Will took us around the entire shop and showed us all the different models and explained the differences with each model and/or series. He even stayed later than the closing time of 7pm on both occasions to explain these bikes to us and complete the sale so that we could take the bike home. Victory, for us, was a manufacturer that we knew nothing about, other than seeing them on the road. Now, after purchasing this bike from Bair's, Inc, we absolutely feel we made the right decision. I am amazed every time I go for a ride at the power that bike has, I did have to go out at night for a ride to check out the headlight, that too amazed me as to how well it lights the area. I have had 4 compliments already, one from my brother-in-law who is a Harley die hard, he was really impressed and couldn't believe how nice it is. Like you said it is an eye catcher, they have either commented on the rear tire, or the streamline look, or the pearl paint job. I am really impressed to say the least. I stopped by one friend's house and he wants to check Victory out and his neighbour came over and said he was at your place last week looking at Victories. I think the best thing I could do right now is take some cash and buy stock, it can only go up. And I should be the 51 year old poster child for Victory, we could make some money!!! Thank you for your time and patience, that didn't go unnoticed, I have been buying bikes for 30+ years and this was by far the most relaxed deal I have ever experienced. Thank you, to you and your staff, it's been a pleasure. P.S. I have looked in my garage several times and just smiled at how nice looking that bike really is!!!

Over the years I have purchased a number of items from Bair's. Several chain saws, leaf blowers, and vacuums. Since retirement, what keeps me driving 20 miles to Bair's is the parts department, especially Rick Angione. He is always very helpful and goes to the trouble to drop things off at my home after he leaves work. I never knew Rick before Bair's. It was he that offered to deliver to my home.

I live in an area of Alabama where the nearest Polaris dealer is 1 hour away. But, I would rather support a dealer whom I dealt with before and I know I can trust. They were great when I lived up there and they are great to order parts and get helpful information where I live at now. My desire is to support people who are willing to support me.

I ordered a part and was lost in the shuffle. I was contacted via email and they were very apologetic about the whole dealing. I reordered my parts and was kept in the loop from there on out, they fixed the problem and exceded my expectations. Great people to deal with!! Mike Laurel, MD

I bought the first '06 Victory "Jackpot" that Bair's sold and I must say, first off, I love the bike. The ride and power are exceptional and the styling is the best out there for an American made bike. I am in Alabama and have a dealer about 10 miles away. But I would prefer to work with Bair's over the phone. Their staff is far more knowledgeable about the products. They are just great people to deal with!

This new Outlaw surpasses the Predator in performance in every way. I look to a great year racing it in the GNCC's this year. I also would like to thank Bair's for helping me outfit it with all the Pure Polaris parts that I bought for it and for the great staff there. All have been VERY knowledgeable about the products that they sell. I have been to a lot of other make dealerships in the past and they treat you like a number.
